Well… where to start… when I saw this game I was delighted… more than that… I thought FINALLY - something NOT “CASUAL” (i.e. dumb as a hammer) … a nuclear submarine like space sim… what a great idea, and as a long time sub commander dating as far as Silent Hunter 1 (and all the other worth playing). I saw how this particular genre has been dumbed down over the years to the point of “Cold Waters” (helmsman simulator) or this newest “U-Boat” “simulation” (The Sims under water). I don’t mind “retro” graphics but c’mon guys you could’ve hired an 3D artist to model those ships/stations interiors and NPC 'S for a few hundred bucks (Upwork maybe?)… nobody is asking for a new “Star Citizen”, but the artistic side could have been at the level of let’s say… “Fallout 3”… maybe? Art aside… I know this is an Indie game but this practice of publishing 1/4 finished games should be BANNED. Is this going to be another KSP? 20 or so “versions”, “betas”, “alphas” patches, releases and what not? When is this going to be playable? In a year? Two years… three? Gameplay is your only strength and it’s a FAILURE. Instead of making us (players) sweat blood, sit on the edge of our seats, and become gray haired in a few missions… what did we get? A.I. is NON EXISTING… pirates, scourge of galaxy are idiots… dangerous as flies with similar intelligence. Bounties? Something like that should scare you numb… and you shouldn’t be able to do it at all without at least heavily modified (for stealth) cargo ship or a lowest grade military ship… BUT… I went happily into hunting (with my mighty “Battle Cruiser/Light Freighter” Argos) down my first pirate with reactor “ON” all the time, and to rub salt to the insult after three torpedoes he just kept on flying around, although game happily declared “bounty complete”. And this went on and on… after 20 or more bounties, NOT ONCE… ONCE… I was fired upon nor in any danger except when I scratch some Nebula… At 20-something bounty… guess what… I got the same ship, with the same name, and the same pilot, in the same system. This means only one thing… bounties are there all the time, they are blind, idiots without solace of intelligence (programmed) , they just circle around, and game re-spawns them only if they collide with asteroid field or something. I know A.I. is difficult to code but you didn’t even bothered to hide the contact after it’s destruction? Do they have sensors of any kind? Are they Entities at all? Really nice work… UNINSTALL until further notice.
